|ARRIVAL INFORMATION - Austria 2512 # 13A|
I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU PRINT THIS INFORMATION AND TAKE IT WITH YOU ON YOUR FLIGHT.
EXCHANGING CURRENCY at the AIRPORT
DO NOT use the money exchange kiosk next to the luggage conveyors. Instead, you will see signs in English above the baggage carousel advising you that there is a bank RIGHT OUTSIDE THE CUSTOMS AREA of the airport that will pay you a much better rate. Otherwise, exit the Customs Area and use any of the airport's ATM's to withdrawal pesos. The taxi drivers will gladly accept your Dollars or Euros but may offer a poor exchange rate.
GETTING FROM the AIRPORT to the APARTMENT
You may use any of the airport taxi services, which are all reasonably priced. I personally suggest using TAXI EZEIZA. Their booth is just outside the exit from the Customs area. When you exit the customs area you are confronted with semi-circle of taxi and remis (hired car services). Just ignore all the touts, exit the semi-circle, and Taxi Ezeiza's booth with it's blue and white sign will be just past the exit. You can't miss it.
CHECK-IN TIME: Absent any specific alternate arrangements, we will expect to meet you at the apartment at 12:00 NOON.

ARRIVING at the BUILDING
When you arrive at the building, first ring the buzzer for the apartment and we will let you in.
In the unlikly event that we are not there and you don't get an answer, the doorman in the lobby at the desk will allow you to wait in the lobby.
Tell the doorman that you are waiting for us and he will probably offer to call us for you, and at the very least he will offer to let you leave your luggage with him so you would be free to leave.
IT'S ALSO QUITE POSSIBLE THAT THE BUILDING'S DOORMAN MAY HAVE AN ENVELOPE LEFT BY US FOR YOU WITH THE KEY TO THE APARTMENT. WE DO THIS SOMETIMES, SO BE SURE TO ASK.
We all live just a few blocks away and can get to the apartment in just a few minutes.
